Rick Underwood

Rick Underwood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, education, and leadership roles. Currently operating as a Senior Consultant and Facilitator for teleometrics programs at LMI since July 2005, Rick has also served as an Adjunct Instructor in the Organizational Leadership graduate program at the University of Louisville since August 2016. As the Managing Partner of a local franchise office of Leadership Management International since April 2004, Rick has established a strong background in performance consulting. Previous roles include Executive Director of the Wayne Oates Institute until December 2023 and CEO of Personal Counseling Centre from December 1993 to April 2005, where significant improvements in revenue and outreach were achieved. Rick holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Louisville and multiple degrees in political science, counseling, and general studies from various institutions.
