Stephen Daniels

Stephen Daniels has had a long and varied career in the business and hospitality industries. Stephen began their career in 1999 as Rooms Division Manager at Mount Royal Hotel, where they were responsible for managing the Front Office and Housekeeping Departments and developing team training, development and growth opportunities. In 2005, they became a Marketing Consultant at Brunswick News Inc. In 2007, they joined Connetik Interactive as Director of Sales and Marketing, where they helped clients discover and understand their own story and how it should be told through online media strategies. In 2008, they began working for Leadership Management International, Inc. and LMI Canada Inc. as a Leadership Development Specialist/Licensee. Stephen also became CEO of LMI Canada - Slight Edge Group in the same year.

Stephen Daniels attended Digby Regional High School from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained their Grade 12. Stephen then attended Crandall University from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained their Psychology degree. After that, they attended Crandall University again from 2003 to 2004 and obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2008, they obtained their Total Leader Coaching Certification from Leadership Management International, and then attended Leadership Management International from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained their Total Leader Program in Leadership and Executive Coaching.
