Beata Bednarczyk

Beata Bednarczyk has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 1995, they founded their own company, BB Beata Bednarczyk, where they served as the owner. Beata has also worked as a Senior Consultant for the Leadership Pipeline Institute since June 2012. In this role, they help organizations develop their leaders by identifying obstacles and implementing strategies to improve talent flow. Beata has also worked as a trainer, consultant, and business coach for the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development since 1998.
