Prior to that, they had a long tenure at de Volksbank, where they served as the Director of Culture and Change Program Manifest from August 2016 to May 2018 and as the Businessunit Manager of Resource & Employability Center/LoopBaanPlaza from June 2013 to August 2016, focusing on areas such as recruitment, mobility, and overall employee management.
Diana Zandbergen has a diverse education history. Diana attended Harvard Business School and completed the Executive Program: Succeed as a corporate director (C-suite) in 2018. In 2007, they studied at Nyenrode Business University for Management Development. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from NCOI University in the field of Innovatie, cultuur en verandermanagement, starting in 2015. Diana also pursued further education at HES Rotterdam, specializing in Economisch Linquistisch, and at Hogere Bedrijfskunde. Diana completed their Athenaeum at Thomas More College. In 2012-2013, they enrolled in another Management Development program at Nyenrode Business University. Diana also obtained certification as a Gecertificeerd coach from Profile Dynamics in 2013.
