Eduard Chávez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Eduard began their career as a Regional HR Director at Alcoa Fujikura LTD in 1989 and worked there until 1996. Eduard then joined ACCO Brands as a Regional Director of Human Resources until 2002. From 2002 to 2006, Chávez served as a General Contractor at Maya Construction LLC. Eduard then transitioned into a managerial role at Atrium as a Manager of Human Resources from 2006 to 2008. Chávez advanced their career as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Masco/Erickson from 2008 to 2012. Afterward, they founded Ascend Within & Ascend Career Consulting LLC in 2001, where they worked until 2016, serving as a Relationship, Life & Leadership Coach. Lastly, Chávez joined the Leadership Pipeline Institute as the Vice President and Executive Consultant in 2014, where they continue to work.
Eduard Chávez has a background in psychology and music and attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where they studied these fields. Eduard then pursued a Master of Science degree in Metaphysics at the University of Sedona. In addition to their education, Chávez has obtained certifications as a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), an NLP Practitioner, and a Predictive Index Analyst.
