Marita Nesvik

Marita Nesvik has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Marita is the Founder of Nesvik and Partners AS since January 2017. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President/Executive Consultant at Leadership Pipeline Institute, starting from January 2017.

From June 2011 to January 2017, they served as a Board Member and HR Director at Lyse Dialog AS. Marita also served as a Board Member at Altibox AS from April 2014 to September 2015.

Marita has also worked at Acona, where they held multiple roles including Vice President, People Management from January 2010 to June 2011, HR Director from November 2009 to February 2010, and HR Manager from February 2009 to November 2009.

Marita Nesvik's earlier experience includes working as an HR Director at Acta Kapitalforvaltning from November 2002 to December 2008.

Marita Nesvik completed their MSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for the academic year 2001-2002.

In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications from the Leadership Pipeline Institute. Marita obtained the certification in "Functional leaders" in January 2018, the certification in "Leading leaders" in May 2017, and the certification in "Leading others" in February 2017.
