Tana Monteiro

Tana Monteiro has been working and advocating for Richmond families for more than 12 years. In addition to the Leadership Public Schools Board, Ms. Monteiro serves on numerous West Contra Costa County non-profit boards and committees including West County Reads, The Healthy Richmond Schools and Neighborhood Team, and the Nystrom Catchment Family Engagement Project. Ms. Monteiro strives to make sure the voices of families and community members are heard as they work together to make a safer, healthier, and happier school and community.
