Joe Lad

Joe Lad is currently the COO at Leadership Resources and the CEO and Co-Founder at Realsy Homes. Prior to this, Joe has held leadership positions at companies such as Cypress XM and Alff Construction. With a background in finance and marketing, Joe earned a BS from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and later pursued an MS in Executive Masters in Information Technology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
