Leadership Rhode Island
Francisco Lovera is a Complete Streets Engineer at MassDOT, leading the design of streets and roadways in Massachusetts. With a background in civil engineering and experience as a Chief Civil Engineer at Rhode Island Department of Transportation, Francisco has a strong focus on safety and equity in transportation. Additionally, Francisco holds leadership roles in various organizations such as President of the Board of Trustees at International Charter School and Chair of the Board of Directors at The Avenue Concept.
