Jaxon Riley's work experience includes serving as the Executive Director and Training Director at Leadership Spokane since May 2018. In these roles, they have been responsible for promoting leadership development and establishing strategic relationships within the community. Prior to joining Leadership Spokane, Jaxon worked as a Training & Development Specialist at FLSmidth from November 2011 to June 2012. Jaxon also served as an Employment Specialist at the State of Washington from August 2009 to November 2011.
Jaxon Riley obtained a Master's degree in Communications & Leadership from Gonzaga University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Washington. Jaxon also holds a certification in Leadership & Management Skills from Louisiana State University.
