Steve Bush

Steve Bush is the Founder & CEO of The Bush Group, a company that consists of Bush Group Facilitation and Bush Group Consulting. Steve also holds positions as a Core Team Certified Master Facilitator at Leadership Strategies, a Master Instructor and Keynote speaker at Prosci, and a Keynote Speaker and Performance Coach at Johnson & Johnson. Previously, Steve served as Vice President of Operating Effectiveness at Cigna-HealthSpring and AVP of Operating Effectiveness at Cigna. Prior to that, Steve worked at The Hartford as Director of Enterprise Process Improvement and at State Farm as a Supervisor of Operations. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Liberty University.
