Michael LAFRASSE

Michael Lafrasse has extensive work experience in various fields. Michael started their career in 2012 at Laboratoire G-SCOP, where they were involved in the development of a web platform. In 2014, they worked as a PHP and MYSQL developer during their internship at Spartoo. Following this, from 2015 to 2017, Michael co-founded Xplora App and served as the CEO.

In 2017, Michael joined KAIZEN Solutions (KZS) as a Full Stack Developer and later took on the role of Project Manager and Scrum Master at Leadformance. During their time at KAIZEN Solutions, they worked on the development of a backOffice using AngularJS and Angular6.

Michael's passion for photography led him to become an independent photographer and blogger at Michael Lafrasse Photographe in 2017. Michael created photographic content for the outdoor and tourism brands, specializing in nature and landscape photography.

Currently, Michael is employed at BRIDGE Leadformance as a Scrum Master, responsible for two agile teams on the Web-to-store Bridge platform. Michael'sresponsibilities include organizing rituals, monitoring project deliveries, conducting team meetings, and implementing internal processes. Michael utilizes various tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Klaxoon in their role.

Michael LAFRASSE has a diverse education history. In 2018, they obtained a Certification Scrum Master from Scrum.org. Prior to that, they attended the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Ingénierie des systèmes d'information. In 2014, they pursued further education at IAE Grenoble / UPMF, earning a Diplôme d'étudiant entrepreneur in Entrepreneuriat, which they completed in 2017. Prior to their time at IAE Grenoble / UPMF, they attended Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I) from 2011 to 2013, focusing on Licence Mathématiques et Informatiques, although their degree name is not specified. Additionally, they obtained a PSM certification from Scrum.org in September 2018.
