Alessandro Noseda

Alessandro Noseda has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Alessandro started their career in 1991 as a Clinical Manager at Byk Gulden Italia. Alessandro then held various roles at Byk-Gulden Italia, including Corporate Medical Director for Diagnostic Products. In 1998, they joined Sigma-Tau S.p.A. as the Director of the Scientific Office & Strategic Alliance in Research and Development (R&D). In 2007, they became the General Manager and CEO of Sigma-Tau Research Switzerland SA. In 2014, they served as the CEO of Leadiant Biosciences SA and the Chief Medical Officer of the Global Rare Disease Business Unit at sigma-tau. From 2014 to 2017, they also held the position of Chief Scientific Officer at Leadiant Biosciences SpA. In 2017, they took on the role of Chief Scientific Officer for 10 years at Leadiant Biosciences, Inc. In 2018, they became the CMO of Leadiant Biosciences, Inc. Currently, they are the Chief Scientific Officer of the Rare Disease Business Unit at Essetifin SpA.

Alessandro Noseda earned a Medical Doctor degree from Università degli Studi di Milano between 1977 and 1984. Alessandro then pursued a Post Doctoral Fellowship at Wake Forest University School of Medicine from 1987 to 1988.
