Gwen Lawson

Gwen Lawson is a seasoned real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in supporting buyers and sellers in successful transactions. Currently serving as a School Committee Member at Shawsheen Valley Regional Vocational Technical School since April 2022, Lawson also holds positions as a Sales Associate at Leading Edge Real Estate and RE/MAX Leading Edge. Lawson's expertise includes residential sales, buyer agency (CBR certified), and assistance with foreclosure avoidance (Loss Mitigation Certified). As a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board since 2003 and serving on the Board of Directors and as Secretary for the Women's Council of Realtors, Lawson actively contributes to the real estate community. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an Associate's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Plymouth State University.
