Jacqueline Souza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and administrative functions. Currently serving as a Realtor at Leading Edge Real Estate since February 2024, Jacqueline is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to clients throughout the buying and selling process. Prior to this role, Jacqueline accumulated significant experience at Massachusetts Institute of Technology as an Administrative Assistant in the International Students Office and at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate as a Realtor. Jacqueline’s career began at Boston College, where roles as an Electronic Gift Processing Specialist and Gifts and Records Assistant involved managing donations and providing high levels of customer service. Jacqueline also has a background in hospitality as a Catering Manager at Portugalia Restaurant and in banking as a Sales and Service Specialist at Bank of America. Educated at Boston College with an M.S. in Administrative Studies and a B.A. in Corporate Systems, Jacqueline combines a strong academic foundation with practical experience in various fields.
