Rajen Madan

Rajen Madan has a diverse background in the financial services industry, with experience ranging from founding their own company to holding various leadership and advisory roles. In 2017, they founded Leading Point Financial Markets, where they serve as the CEO, helping businesses improve their operations through expertise, data, and technology. Rajen also mentors at Rise, created by Barclays, a hub for financial technology. From 2008 to the present, Rajen has been involved with the Bow Arts Trust as a Director, contributing to its growth and strategic direction. Rajen has also worked as an Advisor & Partner at LMMC Limited, where they focused on insurance research and insights. In addition, Rajen owned Vartma, a business development and strategic initiatives consultancy, where they worked with major financial services organizations globally. Prior to that, they were the Director UK at AXIS CORPORATE, responsible for business development and delivery leadership. Rajen also has experience at Accenture, where they worked on client relationship and project delivery leadership, and at Capco, where they built a business advisory practice in the UK, Europe, and the US. Rajen began their career as a Senior Consultant at EMAC / Enterprise LSE. Throughout their career, Rajen has worked with notable clients such as Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Barclays, and UBS, among others.

Rajen Madan holds a Masters degree in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Additionally, they have obtained certifications in SAFe (Scaled Agile for Enterprise) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2017, and MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer) from Microsoft in September 2003.
