Matt Henry

Matt Henry currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Aerospace and Defense at Leading Technology Composites, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this role, Matt was the CEO and Owner of Air Capital Interiors, overseeing aircraft interior projects from October 2013 to May 2021. Matt's extensive experience includes serving as President and CEO of Appearance Group, Inc. for two decades, as well as working as CFO at Wichita Wire, Inc. from 1996 to 1999 and as a Sales Representative at Major Brands from 1992 to 1996. Academically, Matt holds an MBA from Baker University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The University of Kansas.
