Elana Caparco is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in international relations, public policy, and digital media. Currently serving as a CBYX-YP Fellow at the U.S. Department of State and a Mentee at Girl Security, Elana holds significant leadership roles, including Director of Partnerships at Leading Women of Tomorrow, where efforts focus on global collaboration to empower women.
