Elana Caparco

Elana Caparco is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in international relations, public policy, and digital media. Currently serving as a CBYX-YP Fellow at the U.S. Department of State and a Mentee at Girl Security, Elana holds significant leadership roles, including Director of Partnerships at Leading Women of Tomorrow, where efforts focus on global collaboration to empower women. Elana has experience as Deputy Director of Digital Media at the Center for a New American Security and has contributed research on Temporary Caregiver Insurance as part of a capstone project for the Women's Fund of Rhode Island. Additionally, roles with Jackson Stevens Inc. as a Research Specialist and the Atlantic Council as a Young Global Professional highlight a commitment to impactful research and international engagement. Elana's educational background includes a BA in International Studies from American University and participation in the PPIA Junior Summer Institute at the University of Michigan.
