Matt van Vleet

Matt Van Vleet has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Matt is the Chief Ingenuity Officer & Founder of MVSquared LLC, where they emphasize the importance of execution in launching a company. As the Chief Technology Officer of LeadingAgile, they are responsible for technology strategies. Matt also serves as a Board Member of Knight Moves.org. Prior to these roles, Matt was a Managing Director at Accenture, focusing on integrating Pillar operations and exploring Horizon 2 opportunities. At Pillar Technology, they held various positions, including as a Founder, COO, and helped the organization scale and raise VC capital. Matt also served as a Board Member of Central Ohio Agile Association, where they played a role in founding the Path to Agility conference. Early in their career, Matt was a Founder and CTO of Solstice Software, which later became a part of IBM, and they worked as a Consultant at Claremont Technology Group.
