Leadlight Counseling is a West Michigan–based mental health practice dedicated to helping individuals and families find hope, healing, and growth.

We provide evidence-based, relationship-centered care for children, teens, adults, couples, and families — supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, substance use, neurodivergence, and life transitions.

As a multidisciplinary team, our clinicians bring expertise that spans the lifespan and a variety of specialties, from play therapy and family systems to trauma recovery and integrative approaches for adult mental health.

With offices across West Michigan, Leadlight’s team represents a wide range of backgrounds, training, and perspectives — yet we share a common foundation: the belief that hope is never foolish.

At Leadlight, accountability is an act of care, curiosity fuels growth, and joy sustains the work. We take what we do seriously, but we don’t lose sight of laughter, creativity, and connection along the way.

Hope grows here — for the whole family.
