Nate Rosenthal is an experienced operations leader specializing in scaled operations and customer success within high-profile organizations. As the Head of Scaled Operations at Airbnb since May 2019, Nate has supported key business objectives through innovative programs and systems, previously overseeing home quality and verified listings operations. With an extensive background at Square as Head of Global Customer Success and Support, Nate focused on enhancing customer experiences through analytics and community building. Prior roles include project management at KaBOOM!, where Nate facilitated the development of community playgrounds, and program management at Chicago Run. Nate holds an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a BA in Sociology/Anthropology and Education from Colgate University. Currently, Nate serves as a Limited Partner & Advisor at Leadout Capital.
