Courtney Balban

Courtney Balban has a diverse work experience. Courtney began their career in 2015 as a Counselor at Ganey Counseling and Consultation. That same year, they also took on the role of Head Women's Volleyball Coach at University of Valley Forge. In 2017, they moved to Waynesburg University as a Disability Services Coordinator & Academic Support Counselor. In 2021, they became the Director of Operations at Family Life of Penns Valley. Finally, in 2022, they took on the roles of Manager of Customer Outcomes and Senior Customer Success Manager at Leadr.

Courtney Balban obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Counseling Psychology from the University of Valley Forge between 2010 and 2013. Courtney then went on to obtain a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University between 2014 and 2016. In addition, Balban holds a National Certified Counselor (NCC) certification from The National Board for Certified Counselors.
