Senior Customer Success Manager at Leadr

Lindsay Rorick has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Hostess in The Ridges Resort. Lindsay worked as a Data Entry Operator at InterCall in 2014 and as a Counselor at Kanakuk Kamps in the same year. The following year, they took on the role of Exchange Student at CMF International and worked as a Medical Office Assistant at Synergy Health for a brief period. In 2013, they began working at Point University as an Athletic Administrative Student Assistant and eventually became an Athletic Coordinator and Assistant Athletic Director. In 2019, Lindsay transitioned to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes regional office in Texas, where they were promoted to Regional Director of Talent Advancement. In 2023, they joined Leadr as a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Lindsay Rorick completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Point University in 2016. Lindsay later earned a Master of Management degree from Shorter University in 2018. Additionally, Lindsay obtained certifications in Customer Success Management Fundamentals and People Analytics from LinkedIn in March 2023.
