Veronika Ljungqvist

Veronika Ljungqvist has a strong background in customer success and customer service. From March 2021 to present, they have been working as a Customer Success Manager at Kundo Sverige. Prior to this, they spent five years at Big Red Group (BRG), where they held various roles including Customer Success Manager from July 2019 to February 2020, Commercial Partnerships Coordinator from June 2017 to July 2019, and Customer Success Consultant from October 2014 to June 2017. Before joining BRG, Veronika worked as a Customer Service Coordinator at ISABELLA & OLIVER LIMITED from January 2010 to January 2011. Veronika began their career in 2006 at Jamies Wine Bar, where they worked in hospitality and events until January 2010.

Veronika Ljungqvist pursued their education at Uppsala University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies.
