Joel Schick has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Joel served as the Owner & General Manager at Leads Generate Sales, where they managed lead generation and inside sales processes for highly technical industries. Prior to that, they were a Member of the Board of Advisors at Digital Marketing Strategies, overseeing three digital marketing agencies focused on website creation and monthly digital marketing strategies.

Joel's longest tenure was at X-Rite, where they held multiple positions including Director of Global Inside Sales, Applications Support & Color Services and Director of Services Americas & Color Services Worldwide. During their time at X-Rite, they successfully led the growth of lead generation and achieved significant sales growth in the Services Business Unit. Joel also has experience in sales forecasting, demand planning, inside sales management, and order administration.

Before entering the corporate world, Joel worked as a Senior Commercial Loan Credit Analyst at Mercantile Bank. Overall, their work experience highlights their expertise in sales, marketing, lead generation, and business development.

Joel Schick completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management at Hope College from 1998 to 2002. Joel then pursued their MBA in Business Administration at Grand Valley State University from 2002 to 2007.
