Kelly Morris Sinrud

Director of Client Services at LeadSigma

Kelly Morris Sinrud has a wealth of experience in customer service and sales. Kelly began their career in 2009 as a Sales Coordinator at Meyer Laboratory, where they were responsible for researching, prospecting and cold calling for new appointments in three regional territories, as well as up-selling and cross-selling to current customers. In 2011, they joined SkillPath Corporate Strategies as an Inside Sales Account Manager, where they were named Rookie of the Year. Kelly then moved to Holland 1916 in 2012 as the Director of Business Development - Holland Nameplate, where they developed a “Cold Call 2.0” sales strategy to increase customer retention and revenue. In 2019, they joined ACERTUS as the Director of Customer Success, where they led customer success and client services teams, customer on-boarding, key account managers and customer service project management both remote and onsite. In 2022, they joined LeadSigma as the Director of Client Services.

Kelly Morris Sinrud received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Northwest Missouri State University in 2008. Kelly then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration from William Woods University in 2010.
