Arpan Samuel Ramtek is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various technology-focused roles. Currently serving as Group Product Manager at LeadSquared since April 2024, Arpan leads initiatives in Communication Cloud and AI. Previously, Arpan was the Chief Product Officer and CoFounder at Plaza Technologies, where responsibilities included overseeing a global delivery team and driving the development of a next-gen commerce app. Earlier roles included Senior Product Manager at NowFloats, where product strategy and execution for retail point of sale software were key focus areas, as well as multiple product management positions at NowFloats and ANA, contributing to significant revenue growth and product innovation.
