Jay Patel

Jay Patel has extensive experience in business consulting and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Lead Business Consultant at LeadSquared since January 2019. In this role, Jay leads the US and EMEA support teams and has held various positions including Lead Business Analyst and Team Lead. Earlier at LeadSquared, Jay was responsible for product and technical support for clients based in the US, UK, and other foreign regions. Prior to LeadSquared, Jay worked as a Business Partner at Amway and completed a marketing internship at mCaffeine. Jay holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Engineering from SRM IST Chennai, obtained in 2019.
