Anindita Hazra

Anindita Hazra is a seasoned professional in human resources and consulting, currently serving as the Co-Founder of LeadStrategus, a boutique sales and marketing consulting firm since March 2018. Prior experience includes being a Human Resource Consultant at EY from March 2016 to March 2018 and contributing to curriculum development for vocational HR courses at TISS HRM & LR from January 2014 to May 2016. Anindita has also held key HR roles, such as Head HR at SHARP Software Development India and Sr. Consultant at Randstad India, along with foundational experience as Asst. Manager - HR at Allcargo Logistics Ltd. Anindita's journey began as a Sr. Executive - HR at Ipca Laboratories Limited. Anindita holds a PGDPM in Human Resource from Xavier Institute of Social Service, a Bachelor's degree in Science from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi, and further management development from XLRI Jamshedpur.
