Nirmalya Kanungo

Nirmalya Kanungo is an experienced professional in strategy and business development, currently serving as Associate Director at Leadtech Political Consulting Private Limited since February 2020, where responsibilities include managing new clients, bid management, and operations. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at the same organization, focusing on bid management in the development sector and creating engaging social media content about local politics. Nirmalya has volunteered with Women for Politics and Piramal Foundation, and served as a Jaga Fellow at Tata Trusts, consulting on land rights and urban slum rehabilitation in Odisha. Additionally, Nirmalya was involved in the implementation of the Swachh Bharat Mission as a Zilla Swachh Bharat Prerak. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management and a BTech in AEIE from Biju Patnaik University of Technology.
