Babaita Habeebullahi has extensive experience in total reward and HRIS analysis, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Leadway since April 2019, after holding roles as a Total Reward & HRIS Analyst and Underwriting Analyst. Prior to this, Babaita completed a Graduate Trainee program at Federal Government College Minna from December 2017 to October 2018, working as an Academic Tutor during the NYSC posting. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Ilorin, earned in October 2017.
