Lolade Olaribigbe

Lolade Olaribigbe is an experienced professional in strategy, operations, and business transformation, currently serving as the Head of Strategy & Business Transformation at LEADWAY PENSURE PFA LIMITED since September 2021. Previously, Lolade held the position of Head of Operations at the same company from June 2017 to January 2020, and worked as Project Team Lead at FirstBank Nigeria Ltd from January 2013 to June 2017, where responsibilities included financial performance analysis and profitability assessments. Earlier roles include Head of Staff Training & Development at Oceanic Bank and multiple leadership positions in operations, including Head of Operations and Head of Cash Services. Lolade holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, alongside an HND in Business Administration & Management from Federal Polytechnic Ilaro.
