Matthew Diehl

Matthew Diehl is currently the Director of Business Development at LEAF Commercial Capital, Inc., where they identify and establishes strategic partnerships with OEMs and large equipment/software re-sellers. Matthew is responsible for conducting needs analysis, formulating strategic solutions, negotiating programmatic structure, and closing deals with senior management. Prior to this role, Matthew was a Business Development Manager and a Relationship Manager at the same company.

Before joining LEAF Commercial Capital, Matthew worked as a Tax Representative at the NJ Department of Treasury (Division of Taxation) from 2013 to 2015.

Additionally, they co-founded Varsity Team Music, Inc. in 2008 and served as its COO until 2013.

Matthew began their career as a Project Manager at Disc Makers from 2007 to 2008.

Matthew Diehl obtained a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University. Additionally, they have a certification as a Certified STRIPES Leader from STRIPES Leadership, which was obtained in December 2022.
