Tracy Howard

Tracy Howard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit analysis and business operations. Currently serving as a Senior Credit Analyst at LEAF Commercial Capital, Inc. since November 2018, Tracy previously held a variety of roles at State Farm from October 1996 to October 2018, including Business Analyst, Agent Intern Supervisor, and Auto Underwriter. During tenure at State Farm, Tracy played a pivotal role in analyzing training needs and transforming the training process for a five-state area of 1,500 agents, establishing a best practice national model. Tracy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from William Woods University.
