Alison Williams is a seasoned outdoor educator and entrepreneur with extensive experience in leadership, risk management, and program development in outdoor adventure settings. As the Founder of Wayfinder Outdoors since April 2021 and concurrently serving as a Tree Trimmer at Leaf & Limb, Alison has cultivated a diverse skill set across multiple roles. Previous positions include Senior Outdoor Instructor at REI, Backcountry Guide at Rock Creek Pack Station, and various leadership roles with Rustic Pathways, where Alison led service and adventure trips in Morocco and Southeast Asia. Additional experience encompasses program coordination and outdoor instruction for organizations such as Dragonfly Outdoors, Girl Scouts of Northern California, and Absolute Adventure Education. Alison holds a Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Park Management from East Carolina University.
