Dale Homburg

Dale Homburg is a veteran in the digital innovation and technical art sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Digital Innovation at LeafHouse since August 2023. Prior to this role, Dale was the Chief Technology Officer at LeafHouse Financial and investGrade from July 2017 to August 2023. Extensive experience includes serving as Director of Technical Art at Certain Affinity, where contributions were made to notable projects such as Doom 2016 and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 - Campaign Remastered. Previous positions include Technical Art Director at Bethesda Game Studios, overseeing projects like Battlecry and Fallout 76, and at Bioware for Star Wars: The Old Republic. Early career highlights at NCsoft involved leading technical artistry on major titles, while experience at Electronic Arts and Electric Paintbrush further established a strong foundation in the gaming industry, complemented by a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Sam Houston State University.
