Christian Kogler has worked in various customer support and editorial roles throughout their career. Christian began their customer support career at Lehigh Valley Style Magazine in 2015 as a Contributing Editor. In 2016, they held multiple positions, including Healthy Eating Editor at The Daily Meal, Copywriter at Vivial, and Customer Advocate at Zen Planner. In 2016, they also worked as a Contributing Writer at Wide Open Media Group. In 2017, they joined TILT Holdings as an Onboarding Manager and later became a Customer Support Specialist. In 2019, Christian joined LeafLink and held roles such as Customer Support Lead, Manager of Customer Support, and eventually Senior Manager of Customer Support.
Christian Kogler has pursued an education in the field of publishing and creative writing. Christian attended Columbia University, where they completed The Columbia Publishing Course, focusing on book, magazine, and digital publishing. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing from the University of Denver. In July 2019, Christian obtained a certification in Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp.
