Matt Pieper

Matt Pieper has over 15 years of work experience in various technology and IT roles. Matt is currently the Director of Engineering, Enterprise Applications at LeafLink. Prior to this, they were the Director, Business Systems Engineering at CareRev, where they founded and scaled the Business Systems engineering team and led various projects including the implementation of NetSuite.

Before that, Matt was at Root Inc., where they served as a Senior Manager and Business Technology Manager, leading teams and managing the deployment of Greenhouse and the establishment of a People Technology data warehouse. Matt also worked as a Senior Technical Program Manager, leading the migration from Paylocity to Workday and developing multiple integrations.

Matt also held the role of Business Systems Manager at JobsOhio, where they led the digital transformation efforts and consolidation of infrastructure. Matt was responsible for deploying the organization's first enterprise data warehouse and visualization platform.

In addition, Matt has experience as the Director, Information Technology at Community Housing Network, where they created formalized policies and procedures and consolidated vendor accounts. Matt also served as a Consultant at Sophisticated Systems, Inc., analyzing IT functions and developing infrastructure strategies.

Earlier in their career, Matt worked as a Business Intelligence Manager at TechColumbus, where they initiated the analytics strategy and built real-time dashboards and KPIs. Matt also worked as a Claims Research Auditor at The Rawlings Group, where they identified overpayments, drafted procedures, and conducted data mining operations.

Matt's work experience is complemented by their military background as a Military Police in the US Army from 2005 to 2011. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in enterprise SaaS, system integrations, data management, and IT leadership.

Matt Pieper has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics from the University of Louisville.
