Stuart is responsible for supporting the scale-up and on-going development of Leaft’s processing plant.
After completing a BE(Hons) in Chemical and Process Engineering and a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) at Canterbury, Stuart worked in various dairy and food processing environments.
