Adisa Vaughn

Adisa Vaughn is an experienced non-profit leader and community advocate with a diverse background in cycling education, grassroots empowerment, and youth development. As the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Asante Cycles since 2014, Adisa has focused on promoting cycling as a means of liberation and empowerment, while also serving as a League Cycling Instructor. Adisa co-founded Families of Color Monterey County, fostering community engagement and advocacy for families of color. Previous roles include coaching at Monterey Peninsula College, serving as a Clubhouse Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County, and working in maintenance engineering at notable hotels. Adisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Child Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Monterey Peninsula College.
