Charles Anderson is an experienced public affairs professional with a strong background in grassroots public policy advocacy, coalition building, and government and media relations. Currently serving as Regional Public Affairs Manager at the League of California Cities since May 2008, Charles has previously held positions as Regional Affairs Representative for the Association of California Water Agencies and Legislative Assistant for the California State Assembly. Charles began a career in the United States Marine Corps as an Information Systems Coordinator and Office Systems Technician from June 1993 to June 1997. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from California State University, Chico, obtained between 2002 and 2004.
