Jennifer Quan has extensive experience in public policy and regional affairs, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Los Angeles County Division at the League of California Cities since December 2001. Jennifer’s career began at the California State Assembly as a Legislative Aide from October 1999 to December 2001. In addition to this, Jennifer has held roles as a Regional Public Affairs Manager and Policy Analyst within the League of California Cities. Jennifer earned a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Southern California between 2002 and 2004, following a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Irvine, completed in 1998.
