Karen Lorenzo

Karen Lorenzo is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and strategic advisory roles across various industries. Currently serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at League One Volleyball since January 2021, Karen is also a Strategic Advisor at Simplifi and a Founding Member of The Fourth Effect, which promotes women board candidates. Previously, Karen held key positions including Board Member at The Johns Hopkins University and Chairperson of the Board at SNF Parkway Theatre/Maryland Film Fest. With a robust background in legal affairs, Karen was General Counsel and EVP of Business Affairs at Tribeca Enterprises, overseeing legal functions for its diverse branded businesses. Karen's early career included significant roles at UBM plc, Cooley Godward LLP, and Bingham McCutchen LLP, providing expert guidance in tech transactions and corporate licensing.
