Kristen Dozier

Kristen Dozier has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kristen currently works at League One Volleyball as the Club Strategy & Operations role. Previously, they worked at KPMG US as a Manager, Strategy and a Senior Associate in both Strategy and Management Consulting. Before that, Kristen was an MBA Investment Associate at The Rock Creek Group. Kristen also has experience as the Co-Founder/President of Dozier Performance Volleyball, where they focused on personalized individual training, team camps, and coach consulting. Kristen has also worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of South Carolina, a Professional Athlete at Impel Wroclaw, VFB Suhl, and CV Tenerife, and as a Marketing Intern at The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, Parks and Recreation. Additionally, they gained experience as a Creative Marketing and PR Intern at RMD Advertising, where they assisted with various marketing and public relations tasks. Kristen has demonstrated strong skills in strategy, management consulting, marketing, and athletics throughout their career.

Kristen Dozier completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from The Ohio State University between 2006 and 2010. Kristen then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Strategy from the Darla Moore School of Business from 2014 to 2016. In 2015, they also briefly studied at Tecnológico de Monterrey for their MBA. Prior to these degrees, Kristen attended St. Johns College HS from 2002 to 2006, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
