Jamie Futral Hickey

Jamie Futral Hickey is an Associate Attorney at Leake & Andersson LLP since February 2021, with previous experience as an Associate Attorney at Melchiode Marks King LLC from February 2019 to February 2021. Jamie began a legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk at the 40th Judicial District Court and also served as a Judicial Extern for the Louisiana Supreme Court. Early roles include a Legal Intern at Gulf Restoration Network and a Judicial Intern for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. Jamie's legal experience is complemented by positions as a Legal Assistant at Virtue & Najjar, PC, and The Andry Law Group, and as a Pre Trial Services Intern at Orleans Public Defenders. Jamie holds a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Loyola University New Orleans.
