We target decision making businesses which consult, incubate, mentor or manage a portfolio of clients/projects/startups, primarily consulting firms, corporate innovation units, accelerator and incubators and investors. Our strategic partnership with BCG Digital Ventures proves the substantial demand.

Decision Maker and projects alike are looking for processes and tools that allow users without a financial background to focus on creating and discussing realistic business models – accurately and quickly – while presenting information in an investor friendly format. Having access to better revenue models, benchmarks and standards, any business wants to
(1)	discuss business reality backed by true-to-life assumptions and benchmarks
(2)	take wiser investment decisions at every stage taking unit economics into account
(3)	increase planning efficiency by taking data-based decisions early in the process
(4)	improve ongoing board communication by using smart reporting and engagement processes
(5)	gain long term insights by using the same structures and metrics for their entire portfolio

Lean-Case provides a Business Planning Workspace that is built from the ground up for any corporation and its projects, for any consulting company and its clients and for any investor and its portfolio companies to apply a standard approach to modeling, planning and tracking also enabling access to benchmarks.

Going forward, we have strategically teamed up with BCG Digital Ventures turning Lean-Case into a powerful consulting service – significantly better and different to any other alternative.
