Lara Anderson has a varied and extensive work experience. Lara worked at Lean Enterprise Institute, starting in 2014, where they held multiple roles such as Executive Director, Partnerships and Senior Coach, and Team Leader, Education and Events. Prior to that, they worked at Auction Edge, Inc. as the Director of Training and Support from 2013 to 2014. Lara also has experience at Starbucks Coffee Company, where they were an Implementation Project Manager from 2011 to 2013 and a Training Manager from 2010 to 2011. Lara began their career at Starbucks as a District Manager from 2004 to 2009.
Lara Anderson began their education at Whitworth University-Adult Degree Programs in 2003, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management. Lara completed their degree in 2004. Continuing their academic journey, Lara enrolled in Fielding Graduate University in 2007 and graduated in 2010 with a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development.
