Mike de Luca

Mike De Luca is a seasoned finance professional with a diverse background, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Sound since February 2022. Additionally, Mike holds roles as a Lean Accounting Coach with BMA and as Faculty and Coach for the Lean Enterprise Institute, where responsibilities include teaching workshops and developing Lean Accounting practices. In the Healthcare sector, Mike has been the Program Director for the Beyond Budgeting Round Table and Faculty for Catalysis Inc., focusing on adaptive financial planning and Lean Finance in Healthcare. Mike previously served as Executive Director of Finance at Group Health Cooperative, leading a team across multiple locations and overseeing substantial budgets.
