Phil and Becky have many years practical farming and consultancy experience both in UK and Europe and have a passion for helping farmers and their teams
achieve identified goals. They met via the European Lean Discussion Group, both having a desire to learn more about Lean from farmers and experts across the globe. Collaborating to share their knowledge and experience they received bespoke training from Sarah Watson, Lean farming facilitator in New Zealand, and started Lean Farming UK Ltd in order to help farmers and their teams learn how to practically implement lean management on their farms.
