Dave Hinchman is the Vice President of Operations Practice at Lean Focus and has been a principal at Hinchman Consulting, LLC since 2015, specializing in operations and supply chain management, as well as lean and quality improvement. Previously, they served as a Manager of JDQPS and Order Fulfillment at John Deere from 1976 to 2015. Dave is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
